We are looking for: Project Coordinator & Trainer (all genders)
You keep track of projects, coordinate processes and make sure that our customers don't just get APRO, but can also work with it confidently.
In this role, you focus on planning and coordinating customer projects and on providing training on our products. You liaise with internal teams and customers, keep an eye on deadlines, dependencies and open issues, and steer projects to a successful conclusion in a structured way.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating installations and training sessions
- Remote and on-site training
- Coordinating software updates
- Follow-up support after installations
- Regular checks of existing systems (software version, backups, extensions)
WHAT YOU BRING
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies and open issues early on
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Odoo or similar) is an advantage
- Experience in project planning and coordination
- Enthusiasm for coordinating exciting projects
- An independent, reliable and self-directed way of working is essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products

The monthly minimum salary under the Austrian collective agreement for the IT sector is € 3,155 gross for full-time employment.
Your actual salary depends on your experience & qualifications.
