RKSV - annual receipt check
As a restaurateur, you are required under the Austrian cash register security regulation (RKSV) to check your annual receipt with the tax office by 15 February or to have your tax advisor do it for you.
Security subscription and annual receipt check
With the APRO security subscription including annual receipt check we take care of this entire process for you – reliably and on time.
The APRO security subscription & annual receipt check are available for € 320 per year (plus VAT).
This means you no longer have to worry about the annual receipt or the statutory check.
Important:
Please do not send us either the annual receipt or the annual receipt notification – APRO takes care of these steps entirely.
Please leave the POS terminal switched on over New Year!
The annual receipt is automatically created and printed on 1 January.
You will receive an email from Fiskaltrust regarding the annual receipt notification.
APRO® carries out the annual receipt check in FinanzOnline for you.
You will receive a confirmation email from us by 31 January!
What to do WITHOUT the APRO security subscription with annual receipt check
If you have not purchased the APRO security subscription with annual receipt check, YOU are PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for the annual receipt check and for submitting it to the tax office!
Please follow these steps:
1. Please leave the POS terminal switched on over New Year!
2. The annual receipt is automatically created and printed on 1 January.
3. The annual receipt does not need to be sent to APRO®.
4. If the receipt cannot be found, please follow the instructions HERE (German PDF) to reprint it yourself!
5. The receipt can either be checked by you with the tax office or by your tax advisor on your behalf.
