We are looking for a Technical Key Account Manager (all genders) who will take lead technical responsibility for our key accounts and sales partners and provide 2nd-level support. You will be the link between support, sales and the partner/customer. At the same time, you will use your know-how to support our technicians with on-site installations and installation preparation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical support for our partner network in Austria, Germany, Switzerland & Italy
- Technical support for our key accounts in Austria
- Support with customer installations
- 2nd-level support
- On-call duty (once per quarter)
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed vocational training as an IT technician or a qualification from a higher technical college (HTL) or vocational school specialising in IT
- Good written and spoken English
- Previous professional experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products
- Familiarity with backup solutions
- Understanding of IT processes (networking, virtualisation, etc.)
- Microsoft SQL Server administration
- We expect you to work independently, reliably and on your own initiative
- Experience with cloud systems and the interplay between on-premises and online solutions
- Category B driving licence

The monthly minimum salary under the Austrian collective agreement for the IT sector is € 3,077 gross for full-time employment.
